It looks like you have created an outer cylindrical solid to be the air. If that was your intention, the sides of the cylinder, and the top, are too close to the structure to generate a good simulation of the flow of air around the ball and the structure. I assume the bottom of that outer cylinder represents the tabletop on which this device sits, so that face is correct.
Fluent or CFX can simulate air coming out of the vertical, thick-walled tube and flowing around the ball and the flat face at the bottom of the tube to compute the lift and drag on the ball. These codes can track the rigid body motion of the ball and apply gravity force in the simulation. Since there is a drag force on the surface of the ball, if there was an unequal distribution of drag, the ball would start to rotate.
