So read the verification carefully - we look at hoop stress (hoop stresses (sigma_╬©)
Your cylindrical coordinate system is not aligned correctly and as in the verification example -you need y/╬©to be in the hoop stress dir.
Also the recommendation is (and for future use of FEA in a work environment) that one would need a good knowledge of solid mechanics when using FEA (very dangerous to use FEA, for design, without really being able to verify and interpret results based on fundamental solid mechanic principles), and ofcourse an excellent understanding of FEA.
