Do you have a 3D component in your Maxwell design ? You might have to right click on that component, Edit Component which will open in a separate project in AEDT. Then press Ctrl A + Ctrl C to copy the geometry + materials and use Ctrl V to paste the geometry in Icepak or Mechanical (Thermal) in AEDT. Then try again to run the solution. The geometry from Maxwell should be identical and in exact same location as that of Maxwell to for the EM loss mapping to work.
