If you expect there to be a static solution, then you want to see why the original contact failed to support the load. Change that contact to Rough, which means it has an infinite coefficient of friction, but it can separate. Will it solve? If it does, then the friction you specified is too low to provide a static solution, but a larger coefficient of friction would solve.
If Rough does not solve, then the load is causing the contact to open. Change it to a No Separation contact and see if it solves. Try to figure out why the load is pulling that contact apart.
