Hello I have create a set of balls of diameter 10 mm . I want to know the effect for a bed depth of 150 mm. So I created a stack of balls and enclosed .Then I performed a boolean operation selecting the enclosure as a target body and the balls as the tool body while turning off the preserve tool body option. Then I created named selections respectively for the inlet outlet walls and the porous zone. I turned on the energy equation and used k-epsilon turbulence model. I entered the zone as porous . I entered the initial velocity as 9 m/s and a temperature of 150oC. The outlet was set as a pressure boundary condition.

Can you please help me to properly model and give me suggestions because initially the balls are at room temperature and their temperature should increase, but they are being directly heated at 423 .
