Do you want to get the S parameters for the whole device (buses + resonator)? and what is the next usage of the result? If I know this, I could give you more direct answer.
You can use varFDTD: https://support.lumerical.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042800233-Ring-resonator-getting-started-Parameter-extraction-and-Monte-Carlo
Here is some analysis https://support.lumerical.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042800293-Ring-resonator-getting-started-Design-and-initial-simulation
more: https://support.lumerical.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043164634-Photonic-integrated-circuits-Passives-list-of-examples
If it is later used in INTERCONNECT, you do not need to simulate the whole device: https://support.lumerical.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042323794
