I'm assuming you are running Fluent under Ansys Workbench. Then, saving the project should save your case and data files which you can import once reopening Fluent. You can also manually export the case and data files, which would then contain the mesh, solver settings, and the solution data that you currently have. Running the calculation for e.g. another 1000 iterations will then add on to where you left off, and will finish with a total of 6000 iterations.
