Did you extract the download before right-clicking on setup.exe and choosing run as administrator?
Is there an install.log and install.err file located under
C:\program files\Ansys Inc\ANSYS Student
Any errors contained in those?
Please post the errors. Do not attach files as we are not permitted to open them
