Currently, there exists no feature on the Design Modeler which allows you to create a pattern with varying geometrical properties. (Eg. Pattern with increasing/decreasing hole diameter)
In such case, you will have to manually cut holes of the desired diameters.
You could also use the scripting features in Ansys SpaceClaim.
