Please explain how the values in the table should be applied. Are the Max and Min values supposed to be added to the Stat Value? The Average seems to be the average of the Max and Min values, so that seems to be a redundant piece of information. What is the point of the Start value? Is that ever returned to in the fatigue cycles.
It would be clear if you would create a table of values that describe one cycle.
