Use
CMSEL,S,PART,NODE
then, the *get and *vget command should get only those nodes that you put in the named selection called PART and which we select with the CMSEL command (so add that on the top of your script). Also create a named selection of the part you want to assess, that is called PART.
As for deleting, see if the *DEL command (deletes parameters)
