You've encountered a memory problem that is difficult to diagnose. The best approach would be to re-run with the newest LS-DYNA executable available to you. For example, R13.0.0 is the latest release of LS-DYNA. Be sure to use a double precision executable. The newer executable may contain a fix to the bug. If it still crashes with that newer version, then re-post here and show the header from the d3hsp file from that run so we can see which version was used.
