When this happens (error attempting to open ....) it means that it did not solve due to errors (see the .out or error and warning messages).
The first thing you need to do is to issue ALLSEL,ALL after the last D command and before you solve (we need to select all nodes and elements ).
When you do that, you will get an error (see error log file), because it says that you have applied boundary conditions on a revolute joint something apparently that you can not do.
(Can not help with this as I never used joints in APDL)
