While cd is the command that is used in consoles of operative systems such as Windows and Linux, it is chdir the one that is used in Ansys Fluent. I know that in Windows or Linux, the TAB key auto-completes a written command or makes suggestions for auto-completion, but in Ansys Fluent, the TAB key only works for names of Ansys commands such as file/ and auto-save/ (if File->Preferences->Appearance->Console auto-completer is checked). It would be nice if it also worked with names of files or directories, but it does not.
