FEA simulation using Ansys Maxwell takes into account the nonlinearities of the materials and provides you with accurate results.
Why do you want to make the FEA results match the analytical calculation which does not consider material nonlinearities into account- In which case the results from analytical calculation are not correct anyway?
You may get the results matching to the linear analytical model only when you are operating in the linear portion of the BHcurve(below the knee point) in all parts of your machine.
If I did not interpret your problem correctly. Please explain with relevant information.
