To selectively uninstall Ansys products you can refer to this -
Chapter 9: Uninstalling the Software (ansys.com), where you need to follow the steps shown in "
Uninstall Procedure for All Users"
P.S - It's preferred to use Recommended hardware (Mentioned below) for best performance, also uninstalling everything but the workbench won't be beneficial, as the workbench is a platform for all the tools.
