As I explained in the initial request for help, I originally downloaded the SpaceClaim app, then erased it all, because of the log-in problem. And only then tried DesignSpark - and same problems appeared.
I would preffer to put my hands on SpaceClaim, but it is not clear to me, if I can just download it again and it will work or do I have to go through new request and registratio.
I do not want to just download it, without approval, because sometimes the software leaves traces in the computer after erasing it and then it is impossible to start the newly downloaded version. I do not even know, if the previous installment did not leave something in my machine, causing future install problems.
If you say "Go ahead" I will do it.
