So it is not a matter of the Ansys version - it is the type of Ansys licence that you have purchased.
We need an enterprise licence to run acoustics , but you have the Mechanical Pro, as shown by your log file in your first post - this licence (Pro) is more affordable than an Enterprise one, but then of course it does not have the same capabilities as the enterprise (as we said the Pro licence does not include acoustic analysis).
Please talk to you local Ansys reseller or Ansys account manager depending on your region and licence arrangements for more information on licencing.
