What is the slot-pole combination of your generator?
I hope you understand that the 120 deg phase shift is in electrical degrees and not mechanical 120 deg.
For example, if you have 4 poles 24 slot machine then each slot is at 30 electrical deg apart. So, if phase A starts at slot 1 then phase B starts at slot 5 which is 120 deg apart from slot 1.
