You have put the "conductor harmonic and transient analysis.wbpj" file in the .rar file. This file is useless without the "conductor harmonic and transient analysis_files" folder.
If you use Workbench File, Archive, that will create a "conductor harmonic and transient analysis.wbpz" file that contains both the above items.
You can attach a "conductor harmonic and transient analysis.wbpz" file directly to your post.
