Hi alfapoy TWLM has two optical loss options: "loss" and "loss density coefficient". "loss" is for constant loss (independent of density) and "loss density coefficient" is for loss that depends on the quantum well density. If the doping density is constant you can just use "loss" but first you need to calculate the optical loss (e.g. using MODE with some FCA model).
