Hi sum1cfd If your mesh quality, mesh resolution and setup is good, check if the residuals are stable through the calculation phase. You can also monitor velocity, pressure etc residuals and see if they are stable as well. Additionally, you can check net mass flow to see if mass is being conserved. These are some checks you can do to make sure your results are accurate when your results are not converging. If the above are not satisfactory, please check your setup.
