Are you allowing the cube to contract in the laterall direction?
BC on one of the face in each axis needs to be fixed in only that axis direction.
I.e. face X -> Ux=0
Face Y-> Uy =0 etc.
Basically the cube needs to be able to contract laterally to the load direction otherwise it will not give the uniaxial stress-strain response.
