Hi Sun, Thank you for the information. I see that my polygon has reached the maximum number of vertices. The reference information claims that if the maximum number is reached GDSII will automatically split the polygon into two, which is fine in my case. The problem is that the generated gds file can not be read after this error message pops up. I wonder if there's anything I can do about it?
