Can you open a DOS Command prompt and type in the following:
set A

Then hit Enter.

It should return something similar to:
ALLUSERSPROFILE=C:\ProgramData
ANSYS211_DIR=C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v211\ANSYS
ANSYS_SYSDIR=winx64
ANSYS_SYSDIR32=win32
APPDATA=C:\Users\George\AppData\Roaming
AWP_LOCALE212=en-us
AWP_ROOT211=C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v211
