For bending constraint, what bound did you define in ls-tasc? Try the suggestion in the warning and increase mass flow. If bending constraint is not satisfied, compare this plot (and sensitivity plot) with mass fraction plot and see if ls-tasc is increasing/decreasing mass to satisfy the constraint.
