Thank you for the reply but this problem is there since a month or two ago when I started doing some innovation courses. I have registered using my institute e-mail address only. Is there anything I have to do? Do we get Account Number(Customer Number) for ANSYS student version as part of the license? as it is redirecting me to complete the registration(screenshot attached)
