You shouldn't need the Customer Portal access for this - the whole point of the AIC is it's "public" domain owned by us rather than "customer" domain which requires export checks etc. I can't get to the files either, and I have staff level access to the Portal.
You may have noticed the Community changes, it's all part of that. I've also heard back that IT are on the case, and you raising the question means we can give them a reminder.
