How many iterations have you run this for? Did you make any modifications? I cannot replicate the add.job error you mentioned on 2022R2. I have tested these files and have not been able to proceed through 20 iterations, but it could take 100s. Perhaps you could update versions and rerun the python file?
From my understanding this is just the power through one of the ports you are looking at after a few iterations? This is just the initial guess, the optimizer will improve on the results if you give it time.
