The contact is specified through your choice of either "force ohmin" or "Schottky". The force ohmic option is enabled by default. When enabled, it creates an ohmic contact by matching the metals work-function with the semiconductors one. If disabled then a Schottky contact is formed based on the difference in their work-functions.
