It is mentioned in your post that you are trying to simulate for a single element, then the Floquet port excitation will not be appropriate for that case. Floquet port is for simulating infinite arrays. Please change excitation if you are simulating for a single element.
If you are not getting required phase change then your model may not be set up correctly. Kindly check one more time and do provide screen shots to understand the model setup.
