Resource creation may fail if the requested hardware is not available in the selected availability zone, or for other reasons. Could you please try the following solution.


1. Click Details in the error message. An error log is displayed that indicates the cause of the error.

2. Create a new resource. Use the information provided in the error log to make suitable selections for the resource (for example, select a different availability zone).

3. Delete the failed resource.
