-39 User/host not on INCLUDE list for feature.
What this means is the administrator of your license server is using an "options" file and
Your name is not on the list to use the icenses for ICEPAK.
Have then add your login id to thenoptions file in the INCLUDE statement and you should
then be able to run ICEPAK
