Rub through the following:
Run the ANSYS License Management Center
To open the ANSYS License Management Center:
Windows:
Click Start>All Programs>ANSYS, Inc. License Manager>ANSYS License Management Center
Once the License Management Center is open:
Click on "Gather Diagnostic Information"
Choose Save to File
This will create a zip file in the browser's download directory.
It will display the filename in the window.
