Hi, I'm facing the same issue and tried the troubleshooting steps explained by Vijay. However, it is still not working for me.

I followed the steps: STOP the Ansys License Manager. Rename the new license file to ansyslmd2.lic (Ensure it is NOT in txt format) and paste it in the C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\Shared Files\Licensing\license_files directory. Now restart the Ansys License Manager.

But, in the end when I restart License Manager, I get the following error:

2022/12/01 16:01:02: Attempting to start the license manager...
2022/12/01 16:01:02: Issues encountered while confirming license files have consistent values where required:
Error: The port numbers are not the same in all license files.


Any idea what should I do?
