Did you request for the 30 day evaluation license as outlined in our KB? 

Note that the Ansys License Manager is required and the license file will be automatically downloaded into your “Downloads” folder once you completed the request. 

Then add/install the license file from the Downloads folder into the Ansys License Manager.
