Hello. I have the same poor intesection threshold problem with 0% mapping. The system coupling log shows that the Fluent geometry is an order of magnitude smaller than the mechanical Transient Thermal (around x10^-3 to x10^-6), even though I have created both geometries in the same environment. Could that be the problem behind the mapping at 0%? Can that be solved in Fluent alone through rescaling?
In parallel, the problem I'm trying to simulate is static, for 2 way heat transfer only. Should a dynamic mesh be created either way, or is a "System Coupling" definition for the wall enough as a BC?
