I can get the subcell values (0 or 1 represents “none” or “CVCS”), but I cannot reassign them back. the causes are underinvestigation.

run;

subc=getemeanalysis(“subcell method”); (numerical N*1 matrix where N is the number of groups).

switchtolayout;

setemeanalysis(“subcell method”,subc);
