So you are using the free student version (https://www.ansys.com/en-in/academic/students/ansys-student) on your private machine, is that right? Is that what you mean by “ANSYS education”?
If yes, it does not support any CAD interfaces. I am not sure how you configured them, but the free version only supports the following formats for geometry:
