Which files in the folder are large? If it is the rst (results) file then I would check Analysis Settings > Output Controls to see what data is being stored. You can turn off writing unneeded data.
Also for the various designs are you 'retaining' the results i.e. are you saving results file for each design that is tried during the optimization process.
