Please refer to TurboGrid Tutorial 7: "Secondary Flow Path Meshing". You can download TurboGrid tutorials from the Ansys Customer Portal (follow the links for tutorial materials). You can define a secondary flow path in BladeEditor, transfer the geometry to TurboGrid and mesh the secondary flow path there along with the main flow path. By default, the secondary flow path geometry represents a this periodic wedge.
You can also define the secondary flow path geometry in a different geometry tool, mesh it in Ansys Meshing or similar, and import the mesh into CFX-Pre along with the TurboGrid mesh for the main flow path. However, using the approach above (using BladeEditor) is a more integrated approach.
