Is the lab machine also the license server, or is the license installed an running on another machine?
On the Lab Computer, under %TEMP%\.ansys directory, you will see license debug files.
Please open the license debug file for the program you are trying to run.
What is the exact error you see in that file? Can you paste the error here?
Also, you should see a file named: ansyscl.(hostname).######.log
Are there any errors in that log file?
