Hi Bryce,

I assume you are talking about Ansys Maxwell.

You can go through the getting started guides in the Ansys Maxwell help section to understand how to create and assign turns to a solid structure.

It is similar to what you described in another software. There are some differences between 2D and 3D simulations.
