Thanks a lot for your reply,

I thought about it. However, doing it that way (Keeping the structure aligened with the y axis and setting phi scan angle to 45º), when observing S-parameters, aren't they refered to the 45º shifted modes (y' and x' axes)? Or are they still refered to the xy axes?
