To add, have a look for cough on here - we've done a load of work on the spread of COVID, as has Bert Blocken (TUV Eindhoven) so there are threads here and movies in the Ansys blogs.
For the how, you need to decide if the cough will effect the bulk airflow enough to matter, and then track the transient particles on (possibly) the steady flow. Saving images every some iterations will give you the droplet positions for use in a movie, or you can try the Fluent animation tools.
