Hi,

The different numbers with the glycol are just the % concentration level by volume/mass.  If the Air Region has an Opening boundary condition, then it can interact with the surroundings with the velocity inlet / pressure outlet opening condition, otherwise its a closed system without an opening. Similary for liquid cooling systems, the block having the liquid material must have an opening boundary conditon on it connecting it to the extents of the Air Region box for it to be an open system.  You can assign the incoming fluid temperature using an Opening Thermal BC on the fluid block to specify its inlet temperature and then the outlet temperature is computed using the flow and energy equations.
