Thank you for all your help, I really appreciate it all. Your guidance has been one of the most valuable resources for me and this project.
My advisor just let me know that I should not move forward with this current stent geometry because it is not accurately representative of the stent I am researching. This is the actual stent retriever I am using:
As of now I have another model that is supposedly more similar to it, but I don't think it is. Here is the "more accurate" model:
I really would like to get a better model than this. Would you consider providing guidance on how I could create a model that's more similar to the actual stent geometry? I completely understand if this is not possible, and would, regardless, be happy to learn about slicing with hex elements.
