First comment, we sleep, and tend to work office hours in various timezones: 14 hours to bumping a thread is more likely to cause irritation than get an answer.
Please provide some better images of what's moving, the interface and what's stationary. Cell quality should be OK but I can't see how many cells you have in any gaps: the image you show looks like large cells on surfaces in fairly close proximity.
