- Is the Ansys License Manager up and running and showing the license available for checkout? Send a screenshot of your Ansys License Manager > View FlexNet license status page as shown in our KB (here).
- Is Lumerical configured to obtain the license from the Ansys LM on the "localhost" where you have both the Ansys LM and Lumerical running on the same computer.
- Send a creenshot of the Lumerical License Configuration utility similar to this image.
- Send a screenshot of the actual error message when you try to open and run Lumerical.
