Found it: 
1. Right click on Report Definions 
2. Then click “new” on the “Report definions” window
3. Click surface report
4. Then click on whatever you seek. I was looking for the uniformity index
5. New window “surface report definition” is open. Choose the uniformity index, the relevant field variables, etc.

It should work, worked for me. Good luck!🙂
